How to use
- Amaranth is one of nature’s most powerful ancient grains – rich in protein, fibre and minerals – but for some it can be a little tough on the tummy at first . Every gut is unique. If your digestive enzymes are low or your gut flora is off balance, Amaranth may take a bit longer to break down. Amaranth is a gut – loving pseudo grain – once your body gets used to it.
- Replace wheat flour 1:1 in most recipes- breads, pancakes, muffins or sauces. Because of the higher fibre content, you may need to add a little more liquid for the perfect consistency

Hi I’m currently waiting for feedback on the miracle meel regarding the claims that it contains gluten. I have not opened my new pack as yet as I don’t know how to market it. However the first one I had was amazing . Easy to work with and at a wedding cake tasting with 6 coeliacs they all enjoyed and had no adverse reaction. However I’m now not sure with the new batch. But would appreciate your findings regarding these claims. Kind regards
